Disclosure: I received a copy of "The Boxcar Children" for the purposes of this review. All opinions expressed are my own.
Did you grow up reading "The Boxcar Children"? I used to love reading the books as a little girl, and I was excited for the opportunity to introduce my boys to the series through the new movie (based on the classic series by Gertrude Chandler Warner). I wasn't sure what to expect from the movie, and my boys were hesitant to watch it at first. But, when we turned on the movie, my boys couldn't turn away! It was fun to watch their facial expressions throughout the movie, and the most common expression on both of my boys' faces was a huge grin. The movie was funny, cute, touching, and clean. The Boxcar Children is definitely a "feel-good" movie that my boys talked about for days afterwards, and have since shown interest in reading the books.
The Boxcar Children will be available at Walmart on August 19th, and you can preorder it now!
Now, for the fun part! I get to giveaway a copy to one of my readers. Please enter in the Rafflecopter form below:
