Minute Maid ® Juice Bars Review

Disclosure: I received products for the purposes of this review. All opinions expressed are my own.

When the heat of summer starts to hint at its approach, I start craving popsicles and cold treats like crazy. We are still in the midst of spring, but some of our days have been uncomfortably warm for me and a cold treat from the freezer was just what I needed. So when I had the chance to review Minute Maid Juice Bars, I jumped at the chance!

My boys are also big fans of popsicles and frozen treats so when they got home and found these juice bars in the freezer, they were pretty excited. The juice bars come in grape, cherry and orange flavors. The triangular shape of the juice bars is perfect for little (and not-so-little) hands to hold, and I enjoyed that fact that I did not have to keep pushing the juice bar up for my 5 year old, as I so-often have to do with other frozen treats. So far my boys have seemed to really enjoy these and I am surprised that we still have any at all in our freezer.

I personally thought the orange was a little too tangy and tasted just like frozen orange juice. Additionally, my husband and I don't enjoy eating them as much because of the packaging...it's weird to have paper wrapped around our frozen treats (though I'm getting used to it). They can also be a little difficult to open.

Just so you know, Minute Maid Juice Bars are:

  • Made with 100% Real Fruit Juice!
  • Full day’s supply of Vitamin C!
  • Only 60 Calories!
  • Naturally flavored!

  1. Wow, brings back memories! I like to push it all the way out of the paper and into a cup, then mush it up like a slushy, yum!
