I don’t know if you can tell, but those pictures are perfectly level, and they have stayed that way since the day I hung them up. That’s right, I haven’t had to straighten them once!
My secret? After you have hung up your picture on the appropriate nail/hook/whatever you want to use, put some sticky tack on the bottom two corners and press is into the wall. It stays perfectly straight and you’re not always having to fix your pictures!

You only need a tiny bit, it won’t ruin your paint, and you can reuse this stuff over and over again. I love using it to hang up K’s artwork, or posters, or anything of the sort.
HEY! Thanks for stopping by and the encouragement about the 2 year molars. :) Hopefully will pass soon. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat idea about using the sticky tack. I'll have to try this!
I completely forgot about that sticky tack! I used to use it all the time on my classroom walls. I have a couple of crooked pictures in the living room that really need an adjustment. Thanks for the tip!
ReplyDeleteI forgot about that stuff! I have a whole wall collage in my hall that could use this. I am adding it to my shopping list! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteVery clever!
